Month-of-Event

 

This service is for the couple who have found their location, hired most of their vendors and planned their details. What is critical on your wedding day is to have a contact person to act as an on-site manager to facilitate all elements above and beyond what the facility coordinator is responsible for, which is to manage the location. This allows you to be “in the moment” on your wedding day while someone else handles the details.

Month-of-Event
  • Liaison to facility confirming details as requested by the Client
  • Confirm details with all vendors prior to event
  • Issue Final Payments and Gratuities to Vendors
  • Prepare an itinerary for all involved, insuring a successful day
  • Up to 5 Hours of Phone Consultation time
  • Up to 8 Hours of Coordination/ On Site Time
  • 3 hour on-site Consultation Prior to Event
  • Handle any emergencies that may arise
Ceremony Services

Rehearsal

  • Instruction for ushers in seating your guests
  • Procedure for seating family and special guests
  • Order and placement of your attendants.
  • Keep bride informed as to progress of ceremony
  • Timing of music and entries

Wedding Day / Ceremony

  • Complete walk-through of ceremony-twice
  • Verify everything is in place for the ceremony
  • Oversee music and entry cues
  • Cue attendants and Bride (spacing, timing, etc.)
  • Direct guests to reception at end of Ceremony
  • Verify Rings and Marriage License
  • Provide a Bridal Emergency Kit
Reception Services
  • Up to 6 hours of personal consultation
  • Guests Lodging and Entertainment listings
  • Professional Vendor Referrals will be available
  • Telephone all Vendors one week in advance
  • Oversee Vendors and all details of Ceremony/Reception
  • Confirm that floor plan is set as was requested
  • See that music is being played appropriately
  • Work with caterer to assure that serving time is on schedule
  • Provide an Itinerary for the day of event
  • See to the needs and comfort of guests
  • Communicate with Photographer, DJ etc. about Formalities
  • Check Restrooms and site for Cleanliness
  • Set-up guest sign-in table
  • Arrange Receiving line (If applicable)
  • Set Assigned seating and reserved tables
  • Set out Toasting glasses, Cake Cutter, etc.
  • Check supplies at Cake, Gift and Guest Tables
  • Arrange Rentals items for event
  • Keep all Formal activities on Schedule
  • Issue Final Payments/Gratuities to Vendors
  • Handle any emergencies that may arise
  • Supervise Clean-up of Facility
  • Collect items used at Ceremony and Reception. (Toasting Glass, Cake Servers, Guest Book etc.)
Remember, although Family and friends are generous to offer their help,
They are not trained or qualified to handle what can be an overwhelming responsibility
